When I first called to inquire, Jasmine answered and provided assistance while addressing concerns about our previous agency. Jasmine was incredibly helpful and personable. Jasmine quickly arranged an appointment with Jessica for life insurance renewal. Jessica was also a delight to work with. She assisted us through the renewal process and presented more options. With all our State Farm policies on autopay, Jessica communicated regularly to clarify upcoming changes related to the life insurance policy. She informed us that the old policy would be removed from autopay to prevent payment and mentioned we might receive reminders so not to worry. Throughout the process, Jessica continued updating us on a regular basis, which was greatly appreciated!
